the bbq has been confirmed already .

07112008 is the date .
meeting place : boon lay alighting area there .
time : 10.45am latest 11 am

when we reach there, we will settle down first and activities start at ard 12 pm .
i have planned the activities already .
raining or shine we still let the activities on .
if there's lightning then too bad .
we need to stay under the shelter .

we will be playing 'amazing race' .
there are a total of 10 stations .
i will be divided u all into two groups .
the groups i will sort it out later .
if not u guys just make your own group .
the games u will be playing, u will know it on that
day itself .
if not , it will not be fun want :)

there will be prizes for the winning team and :P

after the 'amazing race' u guys wash up
and we can start to barbeque :D

we were divided into two groups soccer and captain's ball .

in the first round the group who played soccer lost and then they went to the parade square and sit together with the captain's ball group .

nvm lurh although lose still have fun want what ^^

the good news is that the captain's ball won third .

thanks to the players for getting a third .

not forgetting the supporters who cheer , encourage , who ever u are lurh .

Hey guys,its been awhile since i've met u guy! hope u guys are doing well in school and are still active in frisbee (: anyways study hard for your end of years before playing ok?its just around the corner!i just finished my Major Exams so i am on a 3 week break now (: so im pretty free now. do you guys still have training?i got the strangest feeling just now!i was riding home from a friend's place around 2.30am,i went to pass him some work,he lives around JWSS,then i saw this girl in a cab dropping off another friend near the junction then the girl in the cab looked like KAR QI! haha yea..ok i'll catch up with u guys real soon,study hard do well,play hard! ciaos!

Firstly i apologize for breaking down in front of u guys.sorry!yupp cutting hard is extremely important.and u muz run and never EVER slow down before u catch the disc,remember i once said u jump forward to catch the disc?if u dun do that,someone's gonna layout D u.Just take a look at the game against the red team we played against.they were laying out for every disc!get ur intensity up and u will own every school u play against,do NOT be afraid to lay out,do NOT be afraid to get dirty and play hard defence!

Karqi,i do not know yet if im coaching ur sch as Huay Bee said that Mr Khan already said that it was ur last training on friday.so im not sure yet.i'd love to coach u guys again if i can.i will speak to my boss about it.i need to get my school schedule first.might be abit tight unless ur trainings are after 4pm.

JW 2 vs Yuan Ching 1

starting Jw 2 leading 2-0.
Then yuan ching catch up with us.
until 2-5.
after that become 7-5
7-Yuan Ching
5-JW 2
Then finally we catch up with them 7-7
And we score the last point.
So in the end 8-7!!

Jw 2 win!!
But i think it's a tough match.

After
Jw 2 vs Hou Gang 2
Jw 1 vs Hou Gang 1

Both team lose to hou gang.

After that Jw 2 people injure!!
Jw 1 Sam injure. But after putting some medi he is ok.

Jw 2 many people injure.
Only left 2-3 people ok only.

Then Jw 1 and Jw 2 get in to top 8.

First two team to out is yuan Ching 1& 2.

After that
Jw 1 vs hou gang
Jw 2 vs Regent

Jw1 lose to hou gang.

Then before playing with Regent we talk to Xian and Regent coach.
Tell them Jw 2 people injure.
Ask them whether Jw 1 and 2 can combine.
Then the coach say ok.

When we play until
Jw 2 : Regent
3 : 0

Then the coach do not want to allow us to combine.
So all people from Jw 2 injure also must play.

Sad.

In the end lose

Jw 2 : Regent
3 : 7

But i think it's also a tough match.
and also i think everyone did our best!!

Hey boys and girls,the Annual Singapore Ultimate Frisbee Opens 2008 is happening this weekend at Farrer Park.Many good teams from across asia will be coming down to Singapore to compete in this big event. I would like to invite your team down to watch and learn as i believe it will be a very good learning experience.
